intensity that individuals should strive for
based on their lifestyles.

shares some insights about how to approach a new
trail project after it has been funded.
7Mike Jura (Central CNY Mountain Bike Club)
discusses effective strategies for collaboration
with the DEC when working on a trail project.

attendees from across New Yorks Southern Tier.

event - It was a good conference with a nice variety of
topics covered. - Excellent content, all speakers were well
prepared, enthusiastic and personable. - I didnt know SRAC existed, so this discovery
was an added benefit of the conference. - The Tioga Active Living Partnership plans to hold
a Trails Conference every two years. If you are
