How can I place an order with A.M. Best?You may
purchase many of our products online using a
credit card through our secure purchase pages
some may also be purchased using Best's Online
Account. Visit our Products Services pages to

5742. How do I submit a name or address
change?You may e-mail your changes to

to [phone]. Whether your changes include
those on an individual address/name change or a
change for the entire company, please provide the
following information when submitting your
request account number, complete former address
and complete new address. Note Street address is
required for delivery of product shipments.

Books received after the 30 days will be refused
and payment will be required. Books returned
without a RMA Number will be refused, and will be
returned to you. If you receive a publication
that has been damaged during shipment, please

the pick up, inspection and replacement of the
publication. CD-ROM purchases are subject to the
terms of the A.M. Best Database License
Agreement. Opening the packaging indicates

can be accepted as a return for credit only
within 30 days of shipment.
