What else have we been doing?

• Working with Portal Vendor (PPT) - Increasing
  our knowledge base - Documenting and requesting
  enhancements - Planning Ulogin migration
• Setting up development server for all training
  sites. All existing training sites will
  eventually be deleted and administrators can
  request a site on the new server
• Coordinated the CJIS install

• Took over MPAI Municipal website publishing
  (no plans to move them into the portal at this
  time)
• Looking into eAlert integration with wireless
  devices

• The meetings are meant to get webmasters started
  on as much of the migration process as possible
  before they kickoff the actual migration with
  PMG.

• Answer any technical questions and demonstrate if
  needed

• Portal folder overview setting up the admin
  side of the sites
• Overview of tools to help
