    available off the shelfit needs to be developed
    through locals
  • ICT volunteering is the only answer
  • Involvement of local communities, local

  • No use just tinkering with e-Government .what is
    needed is massive e-Government Deployments
  • No one can fund such massive deployment local
    communities alone have to come forward brought
    forward on such initiative for overall Economic
    development with ICT.
