• A refurbished phone may previously have belonged
  to someone else but, unlike one that was
  purchased second hand, it will have been checked
  out by a service provider, manufacturer or
  retailer and made to comply with certain
  standards.

The Types of phone grades

  "nearly perfect" to describe the condition of the
