• Continue to implement web page information

• Test website and pages
• Obtain feedback from sponsor
• Modify/Add to website per sponsors requests
• Gather information to incorporate into a training
  manual
• Train sponsor on how to maintain finnaddict.com
  website

• Prepare final project notebook and presentation

What is going well

• The team was able to work together to find cost
  efficient web-space that is user friendly to
  develop and maintain.
• Team cooperation has allowed for a majority of
  the website to be completed by 11-15-05
• Scope, cost and time are currently balanced to
  allow for on-time/on-budget completion

Areas needing improvement

• At times tasks are not being completed by
  intended due dates, creating issues for
  subsequent tasks.
• Communication through e-mails has declined,
  project progress in question at times
• Detailed Gantt chart slow to get off ground,
  schedule has not been fully utilized

• Key point Our virtual teams success is
  dependant on each team member responding in a
  timely fashion to the teams issues/requests.
