BOOKING POLICY
Wine Unwind does have a 24 hour cancelation
policy, 48 hours for designated holiday dates. We
do require either a Gift Certificate or valid
credit card to be on file to reserve an
appointment. Nothing will be charged to the card
on file unless not showing up or canceling within
the given amount of time.

At that point, there is a 50 late cancelation /
no show fee plus 20 gratuity to cover the
therapist for the missed appointment time.You can
use cash,a major credit card, spa finder, spa
week or gift certificate to pay for your
appointment at time of service.If you choose to
charge your card on file, there is a 5
administration fee.Thank you for your
understanding.
