    Assessments. All personnel to review all risk

    have taken part in performing one or more risk
    assessments.

  • Target 1 To assign Job Training Assessments
    (JTAs) to all personnel, visitors and guests.
  • Responsibility and Means Line managers inform
    Training Coordinator of new/change in job
    function of new/continued personnel. Personnel,
    Line manager and Training Coordinator agree on
    training required.
  • Time Frame Prior to personnel working.
    Reviewed annually (ASR) at minimum.
  • Result JTAs assigned to all/or verified for
    all personnel (employees and guests) working
    within the Divisions facilities.

    training is current.
  • Responsibility and Means Personnel to take OSH
    training course, TQ SAFEAWARE. Personnel to
    maintain OSH-related training. Training
    Coordinator reviews outstanding training list at
    least monthly. Notify personnel (and
    supervisors) with outstanding training.
  • Time Frame By September, FY05.
  • Result Training Course, TQ SAFEAWARE has been
    completed by 48 out of 48, or 100. Outstanding
    Training course list reviewed upon receiving
    monthly Completion of Required Training from
    BNL Training office. Personnel with expired
    training are notified, and not allowed to engage
    in any related work until training is current.

  • Responsibility and Means ESH/OSH Coordinator
    with the help of FSR, ECR, building manager and
    representative Division staff members perform
    inspections. ESH Coordinator assigns and tracks
    to completion corrective and preventive actions
    related to observations and deficiencies.
  • Time Frame Quarterly, FY05.
  • Result Tier I ESH Inspections were conducted
    during first 3 quarters of FY05. Corrective and
    preventive actions tracked to completion.

    and all audit/review findings by Oct. 31, 2005.
