    CPD as well as work based learning
  • use NHS, TFPL other self assessment tools
  • look outside LIS - IPD, ITOL, PRINCE
  • survival skills - assertiveness, creativity,
    preparedness for change
  • KM - like speaking in prose but doing it
    consciously and better
