Senior Field Quality Engineer (m/f)
As part of a highly motivated and results driven
quality engineering team the Senior Field Quality
Engineer will be the key interface with our
valued customers. You will have in this position
a high level of responsibility.

• Primary Responsiblilities
• Work closely with our valued customers and the
  factory to resolve all quality related issues.
• As required, help segregate and sort products at
  customer site and/or third party warehouse
• Assist customer with rework by identifying
  suitable and qualified vendor
• Provide valuable customer feedback to the factory
  and drive the factory for continuous improvement
  and defect reduction/elimination
• Assist the factory in improving their
  understanding of customer requirements and
  expectations.
• Carry out on-site failure analysis and provide
  timely feedback to the factory for corrective
  action and continuous improvement
• Develop and establish excellent working
  relationship with our valued customers and the
  factory.
• Use professional concepts in accordance with
  company objectives to solve complex problems in
  creative and effective ways.
• Exercises judgment within broadly defined
  practices and policies in selecting methods,
  techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining
  results.
• Profile
• Degree in Engineering (engineering , fine
  mechanics, electrical engineering)
• Extensive experience in process and/or quality
  engineering, preferably in PCB and/or PCBA
• Knowledge of Six Sigma concept and tools highly
  desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Street smart, ability to anticipate, intensely
  collaborative
