5 Beautiful Destinations in Haiti That Will Blow
Your Mind
Although Haiti remains under the radar for most
globetrotters, Haiti cannot be forgotten when we
talk about tranquil beaches, pine forest,
striking waterfalls, amazing street-foods, and
endless water sports. Haiti is the only nation
with a success in slave rebellion with a strong
presence of music, art, history, and culture.
This Caribbean paradise has untouched places that
can possibly blow your mind. Some of the most
popular sites in Haiti include Iron Market, La
Visit National Park, the Sans Souci Palace,
Citadelle Laferriere, Labadie, etc.

La Visite National Park La Visite National Park
is a national park that forms part of Massif de
la Selle mountain ranges. Standing at an
elevation of 2275 meters the park is
characterized by alpine forest, green meadows,
and interesting flora and fauna. The park was
established in 1983 and is notable for providing
excellent birdwatching opportunities. The park
houses more than 80 different bird species some
of which may be not seen anywhere else.

the north-coast, Haiti. Labadie is a private
resort that is accessible to the tourist. It is

shaping the countrys history.

The Sans Souci Palace The Sans Souci Palace is
located in Milot, Nord, northeast of Citadelle
Laferriere. The Sans Souci Palace is notable for
having a rich history of serving as a residential
of King Henri I of Haiti. It was constructed in
1813 and was amongst the nine palaces built by
King Henri. Today it is a popular tourist
attraction and is widely popular for its gigantic
gardens, amazing waterworks, and artificial
springs.

Iron Market Iron Market or March en Fer is an
open market in Port au Prince. The iron market
was actually built as a railway station for
Cairo. The market is home to 2000-meter square
