- Research-based tools driven by work of Professor
Andrew Porter, who has had numerous publications,
been the past president of the American Education
Research Association (AERA), and is an advisor to
the U.S. Department of Education. - Research-based tools to collect, report, and use
data on English/Language, Math, and Science
content taught and instructional practices used
in classrooms. - Designed and developed by Wisconsin Center for
Education Research, and the Council of Chief
State Schools Officers with multiple grants from
the National Science Foundation, individual
states, and Learning Point Associates.
