  • The government has already reduced the tax burden
    of goods and services from home buyers in the
    category of affordable housing fund by 4 to 8
    from 25 January.
  • The Government continued its efforts to achieve
    the "Housing for All" vision in 2022, with
    Finance Minister Aaron Gaitley announcing the
    creation of a fund for affordable housing in the
    EU budget for 2018-1919.
  • "My government will also establish an affordable
    housing fund (AHF) dedicated to the National
