    or a cold can change the texture. Needed shampoos
    depends on individual amount of oil produced.

Exercise and Nutrition
  • People who are physically active and maintain a
    healthy weight over their life span have fewer
    health problems, more energy, and a better mental
    outlook.
  • Your body is like a machine that needs good
    nutrition and a good schedule to work properly
    and perform to the best of its ability.

Your Exercise Program
  • Heart and lungs (everyday keep heart rate up for
    at least 30-60 minutes)
  • Aerobic exercise causes your heart to beat faster
    and oxygen to be delivered all over the body.
  • Muscular endurance
  • The ability of your muscles to work continuously
    over time
  • Muscular strength (2-3 x per week)
  • Push or pull with force, to have good posture, to
    help prevent injury
  • Flexibility (before and after workouts)
  • Moving the joints without pain or stiffness

  • Warm up muscles and heart prior to workout, cool
    down post workout
  • Wear appropriate clothing and shoes for the
    activity
  • Use correct form
