  not turn on the NV tech during the bright
  daylight because it can damage the internal
  system. The device will shut down in the bright
  light if the NV is turned on and it can take

• How far can you see?-You can see approximately
  60-70 yards, using the Fire Field 5x50 Night
  Vision Monocular from your position. In the dark
  condition, this is a quite good range for an NV
  riflescope. But you should not turn on the night
  vision at day time.

• This works really well, the IR is really bright
  and has a good bit of distance to it, the focus
  can go from your feet to over 100 yards out. I
  loved it so much I bought one for my friend to
  use when we go hunting. It works great for the
  price, it is not stealthy at all, you can notice
  the IR light when it is on
• In very low light you can see perfectly up to
  about 50-75ft. to get a brighter view push the IR
  button on the top and night glows like day. the
  only downside is that the ir light gives off a
  bright red terminator eye glow that will give
  away your location if viewed at the right angle,
  BUT with IR light off its invisable in the dark.
  this is perfect for bright moon nights.
