• We have isolated and characterized small vesicles
  (exosomes) secreted by prostate cancer cells
• These exosomes contain known prostate and
  prostate-cancer specific markers but also many
  other proteins that might have diagnostic or
  prognostic value
• Isolation of the prostate and prostate cancer
  secreted vesicles is a novel method of specific
  enrichment of known and novel biomarkers for
  prostate cancer
