• Fantastic hotel. Service was great as expected in
  5 star accomodation. 13 testurants to choose from
  and food we tried in a few was great. Room was
  enormous and the afternoon complimentary food and
  drink was brilliant. Staff could not do enough
  for you and pool was great. Looking to go back
  next year. Good we didn't do much went to the
  movies out for dinner not cheap and if you want a
  bottle of wine impossible We enjoyed our stay.
  Staff were friendly especially the concierge. We
  spent 2 days doing a big bus tour which was great
  and there's a stop a 5 minute walk away. My stay
  was very relaxing hotel services we're amazing
  located in a very nice area

Aside from the friendly staff, there was not much
else to be impressed about. The quality of food
was way below 5 star standard and tasteless to
say the least. I had the same experience from
Room Service and the care. It was my third time
staying there I stayed for 6 nights The hotel is
great, staff were very friendly and welcoming
Rooms service is great, plus you have 4 different
restaurant to choose from in the hotel Hotel is
very convenient and location is prime. Close to
Dubai mall and all attractions in Dubai. I
arrived very early in Dubai and the wonderful
people at the counter managed to get me an early
check in. Mitch at the front desk was especially
helpful. The facilities were great and the view
from gym club on floor 42 was stunning. The
service for everything was impeccable and staff
super friendly. Highly enjoyed my stay! This was
my first stay with them, the staff at the club
floor were great, they upgraded me to a nicer
view room, the room was very clean with big and
spacious bathroom. the lounge at the club floor
was very nice, the breakfast was somewhat limited
at the lounge, but I had the option of having it
buffet down stairs. A very enjoyable stay. Room
was very good although view was a little
disappointing overlooked road intersection but
did have a view of Burj Khalifa as requested.
Breakfast was very good as well as the service.
Had a shuttle to the Dubai Mall. The whole hotel
had a very nice feel although drinks were very
expensive around the pool area. Overall service
was excellent and would recommend this hotel to
discerning travellers. A very pleasant stay.
Excellent experience. The staff is super friendly
and go beyond any measure to help elderly and or
disabled people. Caring and personal. If you are
tied of the super large 5 star hotels and like
personal attention to details, this is the best 5
star hotel in Dubai. I know trust me I have been
here for 9 years.
