• I would have given this a 3 because of the latch,
  but a 5 because of how sturdy it is, so I
  averaged it out to a four. Regarding the latch, I
  found it to be, not difficult, but more difficult
  than the standard latch that comes with these
  kinds of mesh gates. It was a minor struggle to
  get it to where I wanted it to be. But on the
  other hand, it's very well built regarding how
  sturdy it seems. how much it appears that it will
  stand up to repeat usage. I have a large house
  with six pets, so I have several of these gates
  that block off certain rooms or areas. Not a
  single one of them is as sturdy out of the box as
  this one is. I think this will work out very
