  continue in program
• Minimum passing grade is 85
• ATI one retake is allowed if unsuccessful the
  second time, student must retake the course
• Requirements for clinical placement
• Criminal background check (cost 80.00)

• Healthcare Provider CPR (CPR for Healthcare
  Provider cards are good for only one year from
  the date of class, regardless of what the date on
  the card. This class is offered at LWTC)
