  • Instructions to the Dean/Director of Medical
Education (To be included in cover letter)
  • Please read through the IFMSA Logbook Template
and edit according to the needs of your medical
school. Once ammended/editted, students going on
exchange from your University shall be expected
to complete the logbook. This template has been
created through discussions of over 100 medical
students representing countries from around the
world. The template has therefore incorporated
the needs and opinions of a wide variety of
students from varying medical schools across the
globe. It is of utmost importantance, however,
for SCOPE to receive input from the medical
school Deans or Directors of Medical Education so
that they can edit or ammend as they see fit.
There are aspects of this template that you may
feel are essential or important for your students
to achieve. In which case, simply comment or tick
as appropriate. If you feel that there is
something that is surplus or unecessary then
please make this clear too. These are (insert
name of LC)s the expectations of our students
    who go on exchange.
