10Line the drill up with the axle line and drill
carefully
11At this point, cut the car off the block. Use
whatever means are available ... table saw, hand
saw, planer, etc.
12Make a place for the saw blade to work inside the
car
13Cut out the end
14Detach one end of the blade ...
15Put the car around the blade ...
16Fasten the blade and you're good to go.
17A coping saw will do this job, too
18Weigh all the pieces, allow for epoxy.
19 20Pound weights into shape to fitTape over the
axle holes
21Set weights so that they are ready to go in the
right place.
22Add Epoxy and fold the waxed paper over. Press
to shape.
