Chapter 1-2

• Toby live in Antler, a country town where nothing
  big usually happens. One day the fattest boy in
  the world, Zachary Beaver, came to town. Toby and
  his friend, Cal, went to see him the first day
  with Tobys future girl friend, Scarletts sister.

Chapter 3-4-5

• He sees Scarlett, a really hot chick, or so he
  thinks, with another guy, Juan. His friends
  brother, Wayne, goes to the war in Vietnam.

Chapter 6-7-8

• Paulie Rankin, Zachary Beavers legal guardian,
  left town four days ago. We left a grocery sack
  full of food for Zachary.

Chapter 9-10-11

• Toby gets a job mowing the Pruitts yard. And
  they get letters from Wayne and Tobys mom.

Chapter 12-13-14

• They get another letter from Wayne! And Toby goes
  fishing with his dad.

• Zachary wants to get baptized.

Chapter 15-16-17

• Wayne dies in the war. Zachary may have to leave.
  Toby gets a call from his mom in Nashville.

Chapter 18-19-20

• Toby works for Ferris, the café owner, because
  one of his employees is sick. And the lady from
  social services might come tonight.

Chapter21-22

• Zachary gets baptized. Paulie Rankin gets Zachary
  and takes him away. And they do the Lady Bug
  Waltz.
