Introduction

• MSB Motorsport was formed in 2006
• MSB Motorsport was formed by a group of like
  minded friends that got into Motorsport and
  wanted to create a Professional Team Atmosphere
  and Image to gain amazing results.
• To become a Competitive Team in every aspect of
  racing with success and a Professional Attitude
  and Image

Summary

• MSB Motorsports aims are to compete competitively
  in every event we enter.
• We also want have a Professional Attitude and
  Image with the preparation and performance on and
  off track at these events.
• To gain maximum exposure for our team and
  sponsors by entering events across the North
  Island.

Objectives

• To Finish at the pointy end of every event we
  enter. All while maintaining a high level of
  Professionalism in Attitude and Teamwork.
• Gain a greater exposure of the MSB Motorsport
  Team and its family of sponsors that have made
  everything possible.
• Enter a huge range of events in the North Island
  from Karting Club and Inter Club events to
  Rallysprints, Hillclimbs and Regional Rallies.
  Creating a greater awareness base of the team.

• Mazda Rally Car Results
• Owned Car since April 2007
• Currently 5th after 4 Rounds of Toyo Tires Tarmac
  Series with an average of 65 Entries.
• Individual Event Placings of between 3rd and
  12th, this is even with having tuning and engine
  problems with the Mazda early on.
• Mike Wilson Kart Results
• Owned Kart since January 2007
• 3rd in Hamilton Karting Club Champs 2007 Club
  Class
• 3rd in Hamilton Karting Club Class Grand Prix

Budget

• Motorsport is never a cheap sport to be a part
  of, but this will give you an idea of some of the
  expenses for MSB Motorsport for 2008 Season.

Evaluation

• We will constantly evaluate the progress of the
  team and results after each event.
• This will help the team prepare better for the
  next event.
• Keep us at the top of the game and competitive in
  every event we enter.
• On the results and de-brief of each event it will
  allow us to plan for the next event achieve
  success every time out.
