- Open Microsoft Office folder
- First, click on the button

7Name and Saveyour PowerPoint Presentation
- Go to File (menu bar)
- Select Save As
8At the Save As Dialogue box, use the
- Save in defaults to-- My Documents or click on
the upside drop down arrow (e.g., cascading menu)
and select which location or drive (e.g., Local
Disk C or your Removable Drive (e.g., pen
drive). - File name Type the name of your file and your
name (e.g., see example below) - Save as type It defaults on Presentation
- Click the button.
9Using the Drawing Tool Bar
- Go the View (menu bar), select Toolbars
(cascading menu appears) and choose Drawing
10Re-position Your Drawing Tool Bar
- Drag your mouse pointer over the Drawing toolbar
and stop when your mouse pointer changes to a
double arrow icon. - Click and hold the left mouse button and drag the
Drawing toolbar to the bottom of the screen or to
one side of your screen. The Drawing toolbar
offers features which you may choose to use while
creating your Flipbook Animation presentation.
Select the black upside arrow (e.g.,
cascading menu) for more drawing toolbar
selections

- Select a background color that will work best
with your picture, clipart, and/or photo. - I selected this blue color and clicked on the
Apply. - If you choose Apply to All, then all of your
slides will have an identical background.

your keyboard or use the toolbar that has a

20Using Clip Art
- Type the word, ship in the Search for
- Click on Go
- Scroll through the pictures to find the ship you
like. - Double click on the picture and resize the
picture to the desired place and size on your
PowerPoint slide - Option Search in Use the drop down list to
select from the file or location (Clip art on
Office Online) - Results should be in Use the drop down list to
select from the file or location.

anchors that surround the picture. - Next, slide the picture to the far left side of
the PowerPoint slide.

- How to Duplicate Slides
- 1. Go to the menu bar and click on the Insert
tab - 2. Select Duplicate Slide
- 3. Using your mouse pointer, click on the picture
and move the picture slightly to the right of the
PowerPoint slide. - 4. Repeat steps 1 3 until you have reach the
desired number of slides for your flipbook

- Reminder Duplicate slides from start to finish,
while manually repositioning the picture per
slide. The Flipbook Animation of the PowerPoint
Presentation 2003, used approximately 17 slides.
- Use the Advance slide feature and click the small
check box to enable the Automatically after. - Scroll up or down the arrow button to determine
the automatic time frames per slide Option Use
the Slide Sorter View to apply the time to the
Advance slides, when applicable.
