Sales Target

• SIRs are allowed a forty-five (45) days ramp-up
  period, commencing from their start date as
  resellers.
• SIRs are expected to turn in no less than eleven
  (11) unit sales per month after the ramp-up
  period.
• Cut-off dates for unit sales targets are from the
  1st to the end of the month.

Performance Review

• SIRs are subject to a performance review every
  three (3) months. The review includes but are not
  limited to the following
• NIs per month
• CPE models sold
• Customer profile
• Churned accounts
• In the event of low NI performance for the 3
  consecutive months, the SIR will be given a
  probationary period wherein their MRR will be
  charged the normal rate rather than the special
  SIR rate.
