Pre-Award Process

• The Office of Research and Sponsored Programs
  (ORSP) is the University unit responsible for the
  review of all grant and contract proposals.

Any award resulting from a proposal is made to
the institution which is the grantee or the
contractor.

• Addition of a foreign component under a grant to

  agreement contract or other means)
