• During your last independent travel it may be
  inconvenient for you to carry all your luggage.
  Here are two options that can help
  
• If you choose to fly home from Italy, you may
  store your luggage at the villa during your last
  independent travel. At the end of your travels,
  you may go back to the villa, pick up your
  luggage and fly out of Italy.
• If you choose to fly home from a country other
  than Italy, HUF can help you ship your luggage
  home. We have prepared this information so that
  you may plan your finances accordingly, because
  luggage shipping can be expensive.

Two factors affect the cost 1. volume 2. weigh
t The volume is calculated and there is an allowe
d weight (see chart) which is a minimum cost for
that volume category. If the weight exceeds the a
llowed weight you pay the cost of the actual
weight

Determining your allowed weight category

• Find the volume of the package being sent. Length
  Width height in cm.
  
• Divide the volume by 5000
• The quotient identifies the weight category that
  will be charged.

What if the weight exceeds the category marked?
The package is moved to the category that
corresponds to the weight.
Because of the 7kg volume, this package fits into
the 5-10 kg category.However, the books and so
uvenirs weigh 13 kg. Now the weight
supersedes the volume to determine the category.

• Basically, you figure your dimensions first. The
  size determines the category and then you weigh
  your luggage. If the weight is more than the
  dimension category, you up the category.
