Rule 1Keep meals simple and adequate.
  • You dont have to buy a lot of ingredients to
    make sure youre eating healthy foods. Your meals
    should be simple with the littlest ingredients
    possible. Whats important is that for each meal,
    you have an adequate source of lean protein,
    whole grains and healthy fat.
