Origins of the project

• The IPHV has a real kitchen, conceived by a
  professional.
• Its visited by the relatives of the visually
  impaired people, making them look through plastic
  filters to simulate various pathologies.
• Although the immersive effect is perfect and the
  filters are effective, the installation is
  limited to a relatively restricted audience.

Problems circumvented

• From this point the idea was to create an
  application reproducing the pedagogical
  properties of the kitchen.
• Distribution of this application should allow to
  reach a large audience.
• Last problem was to impose technology
