DEVELOPMENT METHODOLOGIES

• SACHI has adopted the Prototype Model for Rapid
  Application Development. The following are few
  steps for developing websites. Initial prototype
  is developed and presented in soft copy
  (Microsoft Power Point or HTML).
• 1. Identify Basic Requirement
• 2. Develop Initial Prototype
• 3. Review
• 4. Revise and enhance the prototype
• 5. Migrate baseline prototype to Product Backlog.
• Rapid Prototyping involved creating a working
  model of various parts of the system at a very
  early stage, after a relatively short
  investigation.
• The method used in building it is usually quite
  informal, the most important factor being the
  speed with which the model is provided.
• The model then becomes the starting point from
  which users can reexamine their expectations and
  clarify their requirements.
• When this has been achieved, the prototype model
  is 'thrown away', and the system is formally
  developed based on the identified requirements.
• The SCRUM (Agile method of Management) is SACHIs
  project management approach. The complete life
  cycle of contract is managed with SCRUM process
  by prioritizing the task. Team A cross
  functional team (web designers, developers,
  testers and others) will be involved from SACHI.
