    treatment was through diuretics and diet
  • Been experiencing severe monthly episodes
  • At this visit intratympanic gentamicin injection
    was performed on the left ear

    excessive vomiting
  • Pt was admitted for four days into the hospital
    MRI and CT were negative for any pathology,
    diagnosed with vestibular neuronitis at that stay
