How well do you know your backyard birds?  This
WebQuest will help you identify common
songbirds.  You will enjoy recognizing the
difference between various bird species as you
play interactive games and participate in various
activities.

• identity songs of common backyard birds,
• determine colors of various birds,
• read tips on identifying birds,
• match backyard bird photos with their names,

• complete a crossword puzzle of common birds,
• read terminology relating to birds, and
• identify scientific names of birds.

  songs. All birds communicate with their songs.
