  • Email is a form of communication that can be
    misused in certain circumstances.
  • 1. At work writing personal emails on business
    (professional) time
  • 2. At home writing too many emails to one person
    causing annoyance
  • 3. Spam and other unwanted emails cause
    inefficiency and annoyance

  • Emailing at work can be problem when there is a
    job to be done and an employee is taking their
    work time out to handle personal business at work
  • Causes less productiveness at work because of
    large numbers of emails sent
  • When at home sometimes emailing is a nuisance
    because a person can just make a phone call
  • There is a sense of annoyance that comes with
    emailing. The receiver of an email can become
    very irritated
