Prior to becoming the Chief Compliance Officer of
Payza, Ferhan was the Executive Vice President of
Corporate and Product Marketing of the company.
As Payzas Executive Vice President, Ferhan Patel
combined his creative business acumen and his
intricate regulatory knowledge as Head of
Marketing and Head of Compliance for the growth
of the company. He ensured proper implementation
of tactical and innovative marketing strategies
that created brand awareness, boosted customer
engagement, and increased the ROI (Return on
Investment). Ferhan was responsible for
managing, developing, and implementing the
companys AML/CTF, Compliance, Fraud and Risk
Mitigation policies. In addition to this, he also
directed the integration of these policies into

by Payza.

Before joining Payza, Ferhan Patel was the
driving force behind several successful
e-commerce ventures. He worked as a consultant
for TEKsystems he successfully launched the
companys innovative health insurance portal and
also oversaw all aspects of the projects
life-cycle. Besides this, he worked as a Business
Analyst and Team Leader for Computer Horizon.
Later, he joined CIGNA Inc. and served the
company as a System Analyst Consultant. He also
worked for CWM Inc. as a business systems
analyst, and served as a Teaching Assistant and
Lab Instructor in Concordia University.
