5To access the LIS 1002 course modules, click on
Artemis Online Services Student Log On on FCCJs
home page at www.fccj.edu.
6Then log on to Artemis using your FCCJ User ID
and Password.
- N O T E
- These arethe same User ID and Password you use
to access your FCCJe-mail account or grades.

already have an Artemis account,

Resources, click on Information Literacy
Assessment (ILAS) Preparation.
10Click on Enter the Information Literacy Site.
11The introductory screen opens with an explanation
of the Information Literacy requirement.

to the courses six modules.

14Practice Tests
- A practice test is provided for each module.
- NOTE the practice tests are not replicas of the
actual assessment. They do not cover all material
in the modules and mastering them is not a
substitute for reading the modules. The way to
fully prepare for the assessment is to read the

- It is suggested that you score at least 80 on
the practice tests before taking the Information
Literacy Assessment. - Remembermastering the practice test is not a
substitute for studying the modules and is not
adequate preparation for the assessment!
