• Using crude language
• Insulting others
• Flaming (posting hostile messages
• on the Internet)
• Cyberbullying
• Infringing others privacy

Effects of Negative Behaviour

• Misunderstanding
• Miscommunication
• Breakdown of relationships
• In a worst-case scenario, disregard for the rules
  of netiquette can result in punishment by
  authority figures (the school and the Police).
