  in 18 days.
• The image of an invincible Israel that had
  prevailed since the June 1967 War was destroyed
  forever.
• Loss of equipment and the decline of production
  and exports as consequence of mobilization.
• Able to recover and fight back.
• Moshe Dayan heavily criticized by the Israeli
  public.

• Supplied Israel with much-needed military
  equipment such as tanks, planes and ammunition
• Thereby solidifying US-Israeli relations
• After the war US quadrupled amount of foreign aid

• Able to overcome all the differences and emerged
  from the war more united.

  conflict.
