WHAT IS THE RAF SPORTS LOTTERY

• A weekly lottery utilising a computer-based
  random selector to choose winning numbers.
• Currently, there are over 25,000 members holding
  in excess of 58,000 tickets.

OBJECTIVE

• To provide additional funds to those currently
  available from the Central Fund and Nuffield
  Trust.
• To meet requests from individuals, Units,
  Stations and Sports Associations,
• for help in financing sport in the Royal Air
  Force.

• Prizes each week the Lottery pays out 20,000
  in prizes.
• 1st 6,000
• 2nd 3,500
• 3rd 2,500
• 4th- 5th 1,500

Unit teams can apply for grants towards the
travel costs for overseas visits but only
those who are Lottery members will receive a
grant.

Lottery members are able to apply for grants as
individuals to offset costs associated with

• Lottery grants are awarded to offset the personal
  contributions for expedition training.

COST?

• 75p per ticket
• per week up to a maximum of 5 tickets.
• Subscriptions will be deducted from your pay,
  monthly in advance.

WHEN YOU WIN

• Winners will be notified during the week
  following each lottery.
• Prizes will be paid by sterling cheque sent to
  your nominated address.
