German Nande serves as an instructor at Adkins,
Matchett Toy situated at New York, and is known
as the leader in financial education for
investment bankers. The firm, where he works,
offers both in-house financial training courses
and public courses. The company trains junior and
senior professionals across major investment
banks and top consulting firms in Europe, Latin
America, and US. His job is to provide
instructions in advanced financial statement
analysis, valuation, financial modeling, deal
structuring (MA and LBO), and credit analysis.
He is a member of the Public Accountants Board of
Uruguay, and practiced as a consultant for a
certain time. The practice was focused on
financial reporting (US and International),
marketing strategy, advisory, and research.

German Nande served the Academy of Business
Leadership that offered leadership programs in
Association with California State University, Los
Angeles, CA. He organized and executed new
Advanced Capital Market lectures for academy's
postgraduates. He also worked as an instructor
and executed Academy's curriculum for Summer
Business Institute. He promoted the media
industry relationships for the Academy for campus
visits and internship opportunities.

German Nande worked for many recognized companies
such as Deloitte Touche and JPMorgan Chase
Co. While at the position of a Senior Consultant
at Deloitte Touche, he also extended his
services by being a professor of Advanced
Accounting Theory in Universidad De La Republica,
Uruguay, which is counted amongst the biggest
universities in the country. He also worked as an
Executive Director-Head of Credit Risk Management
for WestLB AG that was a German Investment Bank
headquartered at Dusseldorf. He planned and
delivered lectures on Advanced Cash Flow
analysis, derivatives reporting, and complex PPE
accounting. Besides this, he is very passionate
about acting and successfully pursued acting as
his hobby. He has also worked in films such as
Police Affair and Bronxstyle, and been a part of
some TV shows and commercials. Apart from this,
he likes to do voice over too.
