APPALACHIAN RIDGE AND VALLEY
  • Landforms You will find small valleys.
  • Plants There are quite a few trees you can check
    out in the Appalachian Plateau.
  • Animals Keep a eye out so you wont be eaten by
    a black bear.

APPALACHIAN PLATEAU
  • Landforms You will find small valleys with
    bridges covered in woods and forests in the
    Appalachian Plateau.
  • plants There are quite a few trees that you can
    check out at the Appalachian Plateau. These
    include Basswood and Maple trees.
  • Animals Keep an eye out so you dont get eaten
    by a black bear. You may find a few pigeons
    mayflies, dragonflies an stoneflies.

    rocks here. But there is plenty of coal as well.
    You may see some limestone and iron ore too!

COASTAL PLAIN
  • Landforms The main landform in this region is
    very flat. That is why it is called a plain.
  • Plants of course these may not be natural to the
    region but you can find farms of cotton.
  • Animals Watch out for alligators especially if
    your by the marshes.

  • Rocks/minerals There should be plenty of
    sedimentary rock and lime stone in this area if
    you are super scientific!!!
  • Places to see Well you may be thinking well it
    is called the Coastal plain. Does that mean this
    is a plain? You would be correct!
  • Additional information The Costal plain covers
    about one in a half of the land area of GA!!!

    animals like it!

    and white oak.
  • Animals They have raccoons, wild foxes, and
    snakes.

    has Columbus ,Macon and the capital of Georgia.
