What is ABT? ABT (Advance Brightness
Technology) is the combination of our patented
VHB backlight technology and advance inverter
module control. The ABT made significant
improvement on the Brightness, Contrast Ratio,
Viewing Angle, Color Domain, and Viewing
Distance. Advance Brightness Technology was
originated from industrial LCD technology for
sunlight readable application. Many of todays
products such as digital aircraft gauges, ATM
(Automated Teller Machine), car TV/navigation
system, kiosk, information terminal display, POS
(Point of Sales) applications, and recreational
display implement this technology.

The Solarism LM1503 is an exceptionally bright
LCD monitor with better-than-average response
rates. This means that you should have no problem
viewing animations or playing games Solarism's
ABT (advanced brightness technology) certainly
seems to live up to its claims, and does provide
one of the brightest pictures available on any
LCD.
 the extra brightness really helped while
playing Quake III, which looked stunning, with
well-defined game characters and background. The
DVD A Bugs Life appeared vibrant and
three-dimensional.
Solarisms LM1503 is the first LCD monitor we
can truly recommend to gamers. The combination
of fast response rates, incredible clarity, and
CRT-like brightness make this a truly fantastic
product.
Overall I am very pleased with this monitor and
would recommend it to anyone that is tired of
having a CRT and hasnt bought a LCD yet

Trinitron CRT, NEC CRT, and NEC LCD, and still
the Solarism emerged on top, in terms of
brightness and overall picture clarity.
