  • Expected Behaviour
  • Lectures are between 900 and 1800 you must be
available during this time to attend as required
  • Late arrival by more than 15 minutes can result
in students being asked to wait until the next
break before joining the class to ensure other
    students are not interrupted
  • Mobile phones must be switched off/set to silent
during lectures or if you have a personal
    emergency left on vibrate
  • Be alert and attentive during lectures do not
    get distracted with other activities
  • Do not bring food or hot drinks into lectures
    water is allowed
  • Group work This is a useful tool and teaches
transferable skills - Ensure you participate
fully - Failure to do so can lead to a student
being excluded from the group mark and being
    awarded a mark of zero
  • Study materials available on Moodle are only a
guide they do not remove the need to attend
    lectures

    full attendance

must contact the Admin office to let them know as
soon as possible medical certificates may be
    requested for longer absences
