Jason Walker is the Principal and senior
consultant of the McPherson Group HR Inc.,
Victoria BC. Jason is an experienced human
resource and management consulting professional
with a focus on issues management, HR policy
development, research, as well as HR
investigations that involve harassment, bullying
and other related issues. Jason has over a
decade of experience in progressive leadership
roles in public and private sectors.He also has
immense experience in academia, health care
administration, social/behavioral sciences,
industrial organizational psychology, emergency
services, operations and people management. Jason
Walker has been honored with several accolades
and awards including Long Service Medal.

The Order of St. John, The Blue and Gold Circle
Award by the University of Victoria BC, Medal of
Honor- The Canadian Volunteer Award/Governor
General Caring Hands Award, the Meritorious
Certificate from the Priory of Canada for Life
Saving, and the TD/Canada Trust Scholarship for
Outstanding Community Leadership are to name a
few. He received great recognition for his
dedication and consistency. Jason Matthew Walker
is a member BC Human Resource Management
Association, the Society of Industrial
Organizational Psychology and a student affiliate
of the American Psychological Association. He is
a CHRP student and is engaged in his community.

Association of Public Health (CPHA), The Canadian
Association of Epidemiology and Biostatistics
(CEBA), the Canadian Hospital Infection Control
Association National committee (CHICA), and
more. He is a former member of the College of
Health Services Executives (CHE), The University
of Toronto Alumni Association (Social Work),
Jason has contibuted countless hours to his
community as the former Vice-President of St.
John Ambulance - Victoria Executive Branch, Vice
President of The Canadian Club of Victoria,
Secretary and Director of The Boys and Girls Club
Services of Victoria, Director of Greater
Victoria Police Victim Services, TD Canada Trust
Friends of the Environment Foundation Director,
and The Mary Manning Centre for Sexually Abused
Children.

Currently Jason is the Director of Administration
and Communications for the Shawnigan Residents
Association.jason Walker Victoria BC attained his
education from some of the reputed educational
institutions in Canada. He studied at McMaster
University, Hamilton from where he received his
Bachelor's degree in Honors B.A. Psychology. In
2002, he attained his Masters in Social Work
(MSW) from the University of Toronto. Later, he
enrolled at University of Calgary where he
pursued his PhD (Doctor of philosophy) in Social
Work (All but Dissertation). He also studied at
University of Liverpool, UK from where he
received his Master of Laws (LLM) degree in
International law.

At present, he is pursuing Doctor of Philosophy
(PhD) in Industrial Organizational Psychology
from Northcentral University, Arizona, USA. For
