FAITH IN ALLAAH

• Members of the family must possess eeman (faith)
  and worship Allaah alone.

  ???????????????? ????????????????? ???????????
  ???????????? ??????? ???? ???????????
• Allaah says And Allaah has made for you wives
  of your own kind, and has made for you, from your
  wives, sons and grandsons, and has bestowed on
  you good provision. Do they then believe in false
  deities and deny the Favour of Allaah by not
  worshipping Allaah alone.? (Q16an-Nahl72)

• Members of the family must be eager to be
  together in Paradise.
• ????? ????????? ?????????? ????????? ??? ??????
  ?????????? ???? ??????????????? ??? ??????? ?????
  ???????????? ???????????? ?????? ?????? ?????????
  ??????? ???? ??????????
• Allaah says Verily, the dwellers of the
  Paradise, that Day, will be busy in joyful
  things. They and their wives will be in pleasant
  shade, reclining on thrones. They will have
  therein fruits (of all kinds) and all that they
  ask for. (Q36Yaasin55-57)

• The spouses must work together to ensure this.
• Allaah's Messenger (salallaahu alayhi wa sallam)
  said "Everyone of you is a guardian and is
  responsible for his charge the ruler is a
  guardian and is responsible for his subjects the
  man is a guardian in his family and responsible
  for his charges a woman is a guardian of her
  husband's house and responsible for her charges
  and the servant is a guardian of his master's
  property and is responsible for his charge." I
  definitely heard the above from the Prophet and
  think that the Prophet also said, "A man is a
  guardian of his father's property and responsible
  for his charges so everyone of you is a guardian
  and responsible for his charges."

OBEDIENCE TO ALLAAH

• Members of the family obeys Allaah
• ???? ?????? ???????? ???? ?????? ???? ??????
  ?????? ???????? ????????????????? ???????
  ????????? ??????????????????? ?????????
  ?????????? ??? ???????? ???????????
• Allaah says Whoever works righteousness man or
  woman and has faith verily to him will We give a
  new life a life that is good and pure and We will
  bestow on such their reward according to the best
  of their actions. (Q16Nahl97)

• They seek His pleasure
• The Prophet (salallaahu alayhi wa sallam) said,
  "Whoever seeks the pleasure of Allaah at the risk
  of displeasing the people, Allaah will take care
  of him and protect him from them. But whoever
  seeks the pleasure of the people at the risk of
  displeasing Allaah, Allaah will abandon him to
  the care of the people. (Tirmidhi)
• They follow the Sunnah of the Prophet (salallahu
  alayhi wa sallam)
• The Prophet (salallahua alayhi wa sallam) "All
  my followers will enter Paradise except those who
  refuse." They said, "O Allah's Messenger! Who
  will refuse?" He said, "Whoever obeys me will
  enter Paradise, and whoever disobeys me is the
  one who refuses (to enter it)." (Bukhari)

ALERTNESS IN IBAADAH

• The family devotes itself to the worship of
  Allaah
• ????? ???????? ???????? ?????????? ??????
  ?????????????
• Allaah says I have only created jinns and men
  that they may serve Me. (Q51az - Zariyat56)

• They worship Allaah upon knowledge, constancy and
  patience.
• ??????????? ????? ??????????? ????? ?????? ??????
  ????????? ??????? ?????????? ?????????????
  ???????????? ?????????? ???????????? ???????????
• Allaah says By (the Token of) time (through the
  Ages)! Verily Man is in loss except such as have
  faith and do righteous deeds and (join together)
  in the mutual teaching of truth and of patience
  and constancy. (Q103Asr)

• The family is prompt in compulsory worship
• They are also alive to the nawaafil
• Allaah says My servant does not draw close to
  Me better than what I have made compulsory on
  him. My servant continues to draw near to me with
  supererogatory works so that I will love him.
  When I love him, I am his hearing with which he
  hears, his seeing with which he sees, his hand
  with which he strikes, and his foot with which he
  walks. Were he to ask something of Me, I would
  surely give it to him and were he to ask Me for
  refuge, I would surely grant him it. (Fath
  al-Bari)

REMEMBERANCE OF ALLAAH

• The Prophet (salallaahu alayhi wa sallam) said,
  "Allah says 'I am just as My slave thinks I am,
  (i.e. I am able to do for him what he thinks I
  can do for him) and I am with him if He remembers
  Me. If he remembers Me in himself, I too,
  remember him in Myself and if he remembers Me in
  a group of people, I remember him in a group that
  is better than them and if he comes one span
  nearer to Me, I go one cubit nearer to him and
  if he comes one cubit nearer to Me, I go a
  distance of two outstretched arms nearer to him
  and if he comes to Me walking, I go to him
  running.' " (Bukhari)

REPENTANCE AFTER SINS AND ERRORS

• The Prophet (salallaahu alayhi wa sallam) said
  Allaah, the Exalted and Glorious, stretches out
  His Hand during the night so that the people
  repent for the fault committed from dawn till
  dusk and He stretches out His Hand during the day
  so that the people may repent for the fault
  committed from dusk to dawn (He would accept
  repentance) before the sun rises in the west
  (before the Day of Resurrection). (Muslim)

BUILD AN ISLAMIC CHARACTER

SUPPORTS THE DEEN

• O you who believe! Be you helpers (in the
  Cause) of Allah as said 'Iesa (Jesus), son of
  Maryam (Mary), to Al-Hawarieen (the disciples)
  "Who are my helpers (in the Cause) of Allah?"
  Al-Hawarieen (the disciples) said "We are
  Allah's helpers" (i.e. we will strive in His
  Cause!). (Q61Saff14)
