We offer slotted angles in 35mm, 40mm, 60mm and
80mm with thickness ranging from 1.6mm to 3.15mm
depending upon load bearing capacities. Due to
very convenient combination of hole locations the
systems can be easily configured to meet any
storage demands.
PANELS We offer 6 bend panels with standard
lengths of 3 feet and varying widths of 12in,
15in, 18in, and 24in. These panels are available
in varying thickness from 0.8mm to 1.6mm.

be assembled, disassembled, reassembled to have

are designed with a factor of safety of 2.5 as

• Fire Protection Cabinet

Fire Protection cabinets The fire protection
cabinet has a double wall construction with a
specially formulated for fire resistant compound
sandwiched in-between. The sheet metal thickness
has been maintained to a minimum to minimize the
conduction of heat and has been substantially
reinforced at vital places to withstand impact.
Poured cement insulating materials forms a
monolithic barrier and does not powder, flake or
break on curing. Construction This fire
resistant / protection cabinet has a double wall
construction with a specially formulated fire
resistant compound sandwich in-between. The
sheet metal thickness has been maintained to a
minimum to minimize the condition of heat and has
been substantially reinforced at vital places to
withstand impact.
Poured cement insulating material forms a
monolithic barrier and does not powder, flake or
break on curing.The tongue and groove
construction between the door and the body jambs
prevent the passage of hot gases and flames into
the cabinet.The door is secured to the body by
means of eight shooting bolts i.e. 3 on each
vertical side and 1 each on top and bottom. The
movement of both is locked by specially
manufactured - 6 level dual control key lock with
stainless steel keys in duplicate.

rail mounted compactors can be easily configured
to suit any type of storage. Special wheel and
rail constructions increase the life span of
compactor and facilitates easy operation.
Available to suit every requirement, these come
as manual operated and mechanically assisted
mobile providing maximum storage capacity by
compaction. This system not only provides more
space but also security. Each rack is provided
with an individual push button steering lock.
When fully compacted the entire system can be
locked into position with 1 locking operation.
All materials are made of prime quality CRCA
conforming to IS 513 grade for a longer life,
these are passed through a 7 tank pre-treatment
process before being powder coated for a long
scratch resistance finish.All trolleys are
manufactured with hot rolled steel and fitted
with precision engineered shaft and antifriction
bearings for extremely smooth operation.

BodyThe entire body of the Safe is made of thick
steel plates with the latest steel bending
techniques. Made of multiple bends with fully
welded construction, it forms a solid revertless
block. For enhanced security, the inner-linnning
is made of a thicker steel plate as compared to
the outer.DoorThe door is constructed out of
thick and tough steel plates, and it is further
reinforced with another steel plate which is
drill and hammer resistant. The door tightly
meshes to the body when closed.Locking
MechanismOperated by a pronged handle in front
allowing fingers to fit in snugly and controlled
by an eight lever dual control lock with evenly
spaced shooting bolts to give a balanced pressure
and safety from dislodgement. Automatic Self
Locking DeviceThe safe is also protected by an
automatic self-locking device, which gets
activated if the lock is dislodged by explosives
or comes under attack by other means. Which means
that the door remains firmly shut and the
valuables are safe.
