Jeff Stauring is a soccer coach at Optimistic
Club of Naples- Soccer Program along with his
daughter Caitlin. The Optimist Club is a
recreational league where all games are played in
good spirit and all players play. This spring,
Coach Jeff and Coach Caitlin lead a Optimists
Girls U10 Team. The two work together to
acknowledge the needs of individual players and
assure they play as a team.

Jeff shares his years of real world experience to
challenge players to think outside the box.
Caitlin utilizes her soccer skills from high
school and years in competitive league. Jeff
shares useful tips with players to help them in
improving and knowing useful strategies such as
when to attack for a goal without going offsides
or retreat to defend a goal. Caitlin shares her
skills how to kick a ball from the goal box, pass
the ball to another player, or trap a ball to
attain best results.

During practice sessions, Caitlin sets the team
in motion and runs the drills while her dad makes
keen observations. Jeff Stauring develops
situations that challenge the player's
imaginations and helps them anticipate and
position accordingly. They encourage players to
learn soccer skills through participation and
guidance. They motivate the players to make their
sessions enjoyable and rewarding by asking
questions and try new positions.

Jeff Stauring has achieved great operational
excellence in the dynamic business world. In his
career, he has successfully managed multi-million
dollar budgets and led teams comprised from
several functional areas. He facilitated
communication and accomplishment of significant
corporate goals such as ISO9001 Certification and
Six Sigma projects. He has received his Bachelor
of Science in Business Management from Rochester
Institute of Technology College of Business.
