  • If you are willing to undergo a laser
    surgery for treating your cataract, then it is
    good for you to first have a better understanding
    about the entire healing procedure prior in
    advance. An eye expert will test and measure your
    eye to find out the intraocular lens of what
    power need to be put into your eyes. After that,
    you may further need to go for some other tests
    to ensure that the size of the intraocular lens
    is accurate. These tests will also help in making
    sure that you do not have any other vision
    problems, which may create hindrance in the

  • Cataract surgery almost takes fifteen minutes in
    total and can only be performed on one eye at a
    time. You may need to spend two hours at the eye
    care center for completion of the entire

    center after a few days.

take some topical painkiller, prevent using drugs
like Flomax that cause similar medical impact and
may interfere with the surgery result, go for a
final eye test, arrange a drive that can take
your home and buy corrective glasses before going
ahead with laser cataract surgery.
