  Alliances
• Early Learning Ventures alliance (s) is an
  initiative which is a community based partnership
  model. It is an extended support to little early
  care providers for them to be able to share costs
  and deliver services efficiently. This form of
  service is engaged in nonprofit sector and not
  the profit earning sector as their aim is to
  provide support.
• Most of the early learning venture alliances
  shared services are affiliated to childcare
  business. An answer to economies of scale with an
  increased efficiency in the service being
  provided, the answer is Shared Services, Early
  Learning Venture Alliances.

  alliances have proven successful for the

  ventures come out as a guardian angel and help
  the child get the basics that he/ she deserves.
  The shared services alliance model is unique in
  its own way it services a unique community, has
  a unique history and works with unique set of
  people.
• Colorado is one of the hubs for ELV alliances and
  shared service alliances. A change has been
  observed after the initiation of the venture
  alliances and it surely is a positive change.ELV
  Alliances , small independent child care
  providers etc reduce the costs, improve the
  quality of the services being provided by sharing
  administrative functions.
• If we talk about limited income families, working
  mothers, shared services alliances, early
  learning venture alliances have provided a
  humongous support. The organization structure of
  ELVs consists of Board of Directors who set
  policies, employees headed by President and CEO.
  These venture alliances are able to provide
  mental, emotional and social. Early care centers
  get fiscal and quality stability with the help of
  ELV Alliances.
