  • 400 p.m. the property management office
    receives a call from a tenant located on the 15th
    floor stating that they heard four loud gun shots
    coming from the tenant next door.
  • 402 p.m., the property management office
    receives a call from a male tenant stating that
    they are locked inside an office on the 15th
    floor with four other people, they claim that two
    of their coworkers have been shot. The shooter
    is walking around yelling obscenities like a
    crazy man. Suddenly they hang up.
