  by U.P. Electronics Corporation (A Govt.
  Undertaking).
• Managed by people formerly associated with IIMs,
  IITs, IBM, Bell systems (USA).
• BCCL (Bennett Coleman Co. Ltd), the owner of
  leading media brands in India such as Times of
  India, Economic Times, Education Times,
  Indiatimes, Times Now, Radio Mirchi, etc. has
  made a strategic investment of about 15 equity
  in the organisation at a premium.

  Shukla has behind him over 35 years of experience
